Responsibilities - Perform repair and troubleshooting for electrical, plumbing, and structural concerns
- Conduct preventive maintenance for store equipment and facilities
- Replace or repair lights, faucets, sockets, wiring, and minor fixtures
- Install and assemble shelves, signages, and fixtures as needed
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests from branches
- Ensure tools and materials are used properly and safely
- Coordinate with store managers and the maintenance supervisor regarding work status
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area
- Follow company safety protocols and maintenance procedures
- Prepare basic maintenance reports for completed tasks
Job Requirements
- At least High School Graduate
- With or without experience (maintenance background is an advantage)
- Basic knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, or repair work
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry items when needed
- Willing to travel to different branches or assignments
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Able to work during weekends, holidays , or shifting schedules
- Must be detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
