- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, documenting all work performed.
- Assist in installations of new equipment and systems as required.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot various systems
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
- Working Conditions: Able to work in various environments, including potentially hazardous locations
