Part-Time Administrative Transaction Specialist (Remote)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Backer to join our growing Real Estate team. While previous experience in transaction coordination or real estate operations is an advantage, it is not required. Comprehensive paid training will be provided to successful candidates. Position Overview As a Transaction Backer, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless and efficient real estate transactions from contract execution through closing. You will serve as a key point of coordination among clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders, ensuring all transaction milestones are completed accurately and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from contract acceptance through closing. Coordinate with title and escrow companies, lenders, inspectors, agents, and other involved parties. Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction process. Review and organize transaction documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance for broker review. Schedule inspections, appraisals, closings, and other critical transaction deadlines. Track and monitor key dates to ensure timely completion of all transaction requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and transaction records within company databases and systems. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact transaction timelines. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Effective time management and coordination capabilities. Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability. Experience in real estate transaction coordination or administrative support is an advantage but not required.
