BUSINESS ANALYST - SERVICENOW

This is a remote position.

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for implementation across ServiceNow. The role focuses on analysis, documentation, process improvement, and supporting successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Work closely with ServiceNow development teams to define solutions.
  
• Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  
• Support solution design discussions with technical teams and architects.
  
• Assist in UAT planning, coordination, and execution.
  
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
  
• Maintain clear documentation across the project lifecycle.
  
• Support data and workflow analysis across enterprise systems.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
  
• Strong experience working with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce platforms.
  
• Solid understanding of business process analysis and system workflows.
  
• Experience working in Agile environments.
