Position: Accounting Assistant Supervisor Company Industry: Manufacturing Company Work Location: Santo Tomas, Batangas Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 Work Set Up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Holder in accounting, finance, or a related field At least 3 years experience in all facets of accounting Amenable to attend face to face interviews Working in a Manufacturing Company is an advantage Can start as soon as possibleJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports. Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions. Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports. Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR. Prepare journal entries and trial balances.RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (FACE TO FACE)
