Description - Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
