Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
