We're looking for Call Center Agents who are warm, genuinely care about helping people, and want every customer to feel appreciated.
In this job, you'll take calls, explain our products in a way that's easy to understand, solve issues, and make sure each customer hangs up satisfied.
Here's what your typical day will involve:
Answer calls with a friendly and upbeat attitude
Give customers straightforward, honest information about what we offer
Resolve concerns quickly and with minimal hassle
Assist customers with account changes or service updates
Take detailed and accurate notes after every call
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
Willing to work on site
Education: At least high school or senior high school graduate
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
