Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand the company’s customer base within the South Luzon/CALABARZON area. The role is highly field-based and involves prospecting for new accounts, maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
Candidates with experience in the FMCG or Pastry/Baking industry are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, acquire, and develop new customers within the assigned area.
- Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure quality customer service.
- Present and promote company products to potential and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling, and product demonstrations when necessary.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer concerns.
- Collect sales payments and ensure timely remittance in accordance with company policies.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, market opportunities, and product performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- College graduate or college level with relevant sales experience.
- At least 2 years of sales experience , preferably in FMCG, food, pastry, or baking-related industries .
- Experience selling baking products or food products is highly preferred.
- Technical baking experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Must be comfortable with approximately 95% fieldwork .
- Must have a valid driver's license .
- Must be capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles .
- Willing to travel extensively within the South Luzon area. Most likely in Calabarzon area.
- Automobile/car sales experience will not be considered.
