Position: Recruitment Manager Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig Work Schedule: Flexible Working Schedule (12:00PM-9:00PM | 1:00PM-10:00PM) Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 100,000 Work Set Up: Work On site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- With at least 8 years of experience in recruitment.
- With at least 3-5 years in a Supervisory role.
- With experience working in BPO Company
- Amendable to work in a flexible working schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Assist the team in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Managing the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with other departments such as finance, logistics, and quality assurance.
