Production Manager - Events (Hybrid)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)
Location: Makati Industry: EventsKey Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of events, brand activations, and promotional initiatives.
Manage production teams, project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Liaise with suppliers, venues, talents, and other partners to coordinate seamless event execution from preparation through completion.
Monitor project milestones, address operational challenges, and ensure all deliverables meet expected quality and execution standards.
Work closely with account and creative teams to translate concepts into practical, well-executed events and activations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in event production, brand activations, experiential marketing, or a similar field.
Strong communication, coordination, project management, and organizational abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines.
