JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Manage and maintain Country of Origin (COO) data for global sourcing activities.
- Support global tariff classification and compliance processes across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with Trade & Compliance, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Perform manual data collection and validation in SAP for COO and tariff-related information.
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for tariff and COO tracking.
- Provide input and support for future automation initiatives (S4 Hana implementation at Goods Receipt step).
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
- Experience in tariff management, trade compliance, or global sourcing preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP systems and data management processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets manually.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations and tariff classification.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
