Position: Mandarin Pharmaceutical Help Desk

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000 (High Base Salary + Language Allowances)
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-Up (3 days work at home and 2 days work on-site or vice versa)
- Answer basic Calls and Email inquiries from Chinese Medical Professionals.
- Answer concerns like Usage instructions, Expiration dates and dosages
- Guide partners on the proper usage of medicine and devices
- Provide possible side effects of the medicines
- Forward issues to higher support if considered escalations
- Assist Mandarin patients with questions with accurate responses.

- Php 6,000 Transportation allowance (fixed, taxable).
- Php 2,000 Rice allowance (fixed; non-taxable).

- Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak conversational Mandarin.
- Basic to Conversational in the English Language.
- Highly preferred Fresh Graduates and No Experience is Required
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare related Course (i.e. Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.) is a big plus.
- Having Customer Service and Technical Support experience is a big advantage, but no experience is welcome to apply as the training is provided for those willing to undergo training
