UK Culture Coach

The UK Culture Coach will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various teams to enhance employee engagement and promote cultural awareness.
- Develop and implement cultural training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on diversity and inclusion.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to employees.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to align culture with organizational goals.
Team Structure: You will work closely with HR, management, and various departmental teams to ensure a cohesive approach to culture building.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of educational and experiential qualifications that align with the role's demands.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in coaching or training roles.
- Understanding of UK workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Soft Skills: Empathy, Adaptability, Problem Solving.
