Description - Key responsibilities will be managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining food/service quality, and achieving sales goals, handles scheduling, training, inventory, customer relations and ensures adherence to safety and quality standards.
- The Manager will be assigned to the designated store in Paranaque area and succeeding stores to be opened.
Requirements
- College graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with proven managerial or supervisory experience
- Experience managing or overseeing multiple branches or locations is preferred
- Strong leadership, people management, and operational skills
- Ability to manage daily operations, staff performance, and business targets effectively
- Experience working in franchise operations is an advantage, but not required
