Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel advisories, and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and technologies.
- Process payments and manage bookings efficiently using the GDS system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years in travel consultancy or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and strong customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while providing excellent service.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
