- Ability to accurately read and communicate orders
- Well-organized, with a strong sense of urgency; able to track multiple orders and multi-
- Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who works productively with others
- Knowledge of food-safety practices
- Familiarity with Japanese food products and cuisine
- Can work at BGC, Taguig
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management, including staff shift
