Responsibilities: Lead the overall strategy and daily operations of the medical concierge program. Develop personalized patient service models that enhance access, coordination, and satisfaction. Manage and mentor concierge staff, patient relations teams, and support personnel. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, administrators, and external partners to streamline care journeys. Establish service standards, performance metrics, and quality improvement initiatives. Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for concierge operations. Handle escalated patient concerns with discretion, empathy, and timely resolution. Design VIP, executive, and international patient support programs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and organizational policies. Identify growth opportunities and implement innovations in premium patient services.
