Rate: Up to ₱35,000

Schedule: 5AM to 9PM PHT, structured shifts aligned with global demand

As an Advanced Tutor, you will:

• Teach learners from 30+ nationalities in real-world communication settings
• Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions
• Facilitate Business English and practical conversations
• Deliver structured lessons with clear quality standards
• Align to LanguageCert C2 (Mastery) with full transition support

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to ₱200/hour (Pay-Per-Booked classes)
• Up to ₱35,000/month (Full-Time)
• Up to ₱17,000/month (Part-Time)
• ₱5,000 sign-up bonus upon onboarding

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 or equivalent certification such as IELTS/TOEFL)
• Experience in ESL, training, or communication-heavy roles preferred
• Comfortable handling adult and teen learners or professional conversations
• Willingness to align with LanguageCert C2 certification
• University graduate (any 4-year course)
• Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
• Philippine bank account (for payroll purposes)
• NBI or Police Clearance

Required Teaching Setup

• Laptop or desktop (Intel i5 8th Gen or higher, at least 16GB RAM, CPU score 3500 or above)
• External 1080p webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with at least 15 Mbps backup
• Mobile hotspots are not accepted as primary or backup connection
• Power backup capable of supporting at least 8 hours of teaching
• Quiet, professional teaching environment
