Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

This is a key role and requires client interview. Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery. The position demands continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain system reliability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders. - Continuously improve support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Assist in the development and implementation of system updates and patches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Relex Platform. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. - Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools. - Ability to work with complex software environments and troubleshoot multi-layered problems. - Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical team members. - Proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies related to the Relex Platform. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Relex Platform. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
