Experienced U.S. Freight Dispatcher — Philippines

We are hiring an experienced U.S. Freight Dispatcher for an on-site contractor position in Cebu City, Philippines. Hands-on experience dispatching freight in the United States is REQUIRED.

IMPORTANT: This is an ON-SITE position in Cebu City. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position.

Applicants must have actual hands-on experience dispatching U.S. freight. If you do not have direct U.S. freight-dispatch experience, do not apply for this position.

Excellent professional English communication skills are REQUIRED. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based drivers, brokers, carriers, shippers, receivers, and other business contacts.

Experience and work setup

• Verifiable hands-on U.S. freight-dispatch experience handling actual loads from sourcing and booking through delivery and documentation.
• Experience communicating directly with U.S. drivers, brokers, carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Strong understanding of load boards, freight rates, rate per mile, loaded miles, deadhead miles, appointments, and available driving hours.
• Working knowledge of Hours of Service and how available driver hours affect load selection and trip planning.
• Ability to review and understand rate confirmations, load instructions, bills of lading, proof-of-delivery documents, and related freight paperwork.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Accurate calculations, organization, problem-solving, recordkeeping, and dependable follow-up.
• Currently residing in the Philippines and able to work on-site in Cebu City .
• Availability to work designated U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

Work you will handle

• Source and evaluate available freight based on truck location, equipment, loaded and deadhead miles, appointments, driver hours, and operational requirements.
• Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, carriers, shippers, receivers, and facilities.
• Verify load details before booking.
• Evaluate rate per mile and basic trip economics.
• Negotiate freight rates and book loads within carrier authorization.
• Maintain accurate rate confirmations, load instructions, notes, bills of lading, proof-of-delivery records, and related documentation.
• Provide drivers with accurate pickup, delivery, appointment, and load information.
• Track pickup, transit, delivery, delays, and other load milestones.
• Communicate delays, detention, appointment issues, breakdowns, and other exceptions promptly.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and coordinate the next operational action.

Work Location

This is an ON-SITE position in Cebu City, Philippines .

Applicants must be able to report to and work from the designated Truck Driver Nation work location in Cebu City. Remote and work-from-home arrangements are not available for this position.

Schedule

This position requires availability during designated U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

The specific working days and shift will be provided as part of the hiring process.
