Experienced Virtual Assistant — U.S. CDL-A Trucking — Philippines

Truck Driver Nation LLC is hiring an experienced Virtual Assistant with relevant U.S. CDL-A trucking-industry experience for an on-site contractor position in Cebu City, Philippines .

IMPORTANT: This is an ON-SITE position in Cebu City. This is NOT a remote or work-from-home position.

Relevant experience supporting U.S. CDL-A trucking, driver recruiting, freight/transportation operations, or closely related U.S. trucking functions is REQUIRED. Applicants without relevant U.S. CDL-A trucking-industry experience should not apply.

Excellent professional English communication skills are REQUIRED. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in spoken and written English with U.S.-based drivers, carriers, applicants, customers, and business contacts as required by the position.

Required Experience and Skills

• Hands-on experience supporting U.S. CDL-A trucking operations in a professional capacity.
• Working knowledge of U.S. trucking terminology and common CDL-A driver and carrier requirements.
• Familiarity with CDL-A driver experience, equipment types, OTR operations, driver applications, recruiting or transportation-related workflows.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based drivers and business contacts.
• Experience maintaining accurate information in an ATS, CRM, spreadsheet, or similar business system.
• Strong Google Sheets, email, document-management, data-entry, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate, driver, carrier, and operational information.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and complete assigned work accurately.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work on-site in Cebu City .
• Availability to work designated U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

U.S. CDL-A Trucking Knowledge

Applicants should be familiar with terminology and information commonly used in U.S. CDL-A trucking operations, including:

• CDL-A driver experience
• OTR and regional operations
• Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and other common equipment types
• Driver employment and driving history
• Home-time requirements
• CPM and common driver compensation terminology
• Driver applications and qualification information
• MVR and safety-history information
• DOT medical-card requirements
• SAP / Return-to-Duty status when applicable
• Carrier requirements and driver qualification criteria
• Recruiting, application, and onboarding workflows

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate driver, candidate, carrier, and operational records.
• Update Google Sheets, ATS/CRM records, follow-up lists, and task status.
• Review incoming driver and recruiting information for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize email, documents, applications, records, and approved communications.
• Track required follow-up and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
• Document calls, messages, updates, and relevant applicant or driver information.
• Identify missing information and route questions to the appropriate team member.
• Support U.S. CDL-A driver recruiting and trucking-related administrative workflows.
• Assist with application, qualification, submission, and onboarding-related recordkeeping.
• Prepare accurate progress and status reports.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
• Escalate issues requiring management review.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle company and applicant information appropriately.

Work Location

This is an ON-SITE position in Cebu City, Philippines .

Applicants must be able to report to and work from the designated Truck Driver Nation work location in Cebu City. Remote and work-from-home arrangements are not available for this position.

Schedule

This position requires availability during designated U.S. business hours from the Philippines.

The specific working days and shift will be provided as part of the hiring process.
