Part Time Virtual Assistant for Online Fitness Coaching Business
I run an online 1:1 fitness coaching business and I'm looking for a dependable virtual assistant to take over the backend and client fulfillment side of things. This is the role that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so I can stay focused on coaching my clients and growing the brand. If you're someone who takes pride in being organized and reliable, this could be a great long term fit.
What you'll be doing
- Building and loading client workout plans and programs into our coaching app (EverFit)
- Acting as an admin inside the app and making sure every client is set up correctly
- Checking on client activity and progress on a regular basis
- Keeping records, logs, and client info clean, updated, and organized
- Handling general backend and day to day fulfillment tasks
- Flagging anything that needs my attention so nothing slips through the cracks
What we're looking for
- Highly organized and detail oriented, you double check your work and nothing falls through
- Reliable and consistent, when you say something is handled, it's handled
- Strong written English and clear, prompt communication
- Comfortable learning new software (I'll train you on our app and systems)
- Able to work independently and manage your own time without being micromanaged
- A self starter who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told every step
Nice to have but not required
- Experience with EverFit or other coaching or fitness apps
- A background or genuine interest in fitness, training, or nutrition
- Previous VA, admin, or client management experience for an online business
The details
- Part time, roughly 10 to 20 hours per week depending on workflow
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- Room to grow as the business grows
