What will your day look like?
As a member of our Sales, Customer Service, or Accounting team, your day will be engaging and varied, with responsibilities tailored to your specific role:
- Sales Representative:
- Engage with potential customers to drive sales.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Customer Service Representative:
- Provide top-notch support via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper:
- Assist with daily financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare financial reports and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What experience do you need?
We're looking for candidates with a mix of skills and experience to thrive in our remote environment:
- Sales Representative:
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Accounting Assistant / Bookkeeper:
- Experience in accounting or finance roles preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
