Sales Admin Support (Contractual)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review assigned links, directories, and sources to verify whether dental facilities already exist in the system.
- Validate and update existing facility records, ensuring contact details and required information are accurate and complete.
- Create new facility profiles in the system when records do not yet exist.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records to support sales readiness.
- Ensure all mandatory fields are completed according to established data standards.
- Cross-check information across multiple sources before saving or updating records.
- Identify and flag inconsistent, unclear, or missing data for further review.
- Maintain high accuracy levels while meeting productivity targets.
- Follow documented workflows, SOPs, and data entry guidelines consistently.
- Meet assigned daily and weekly verification or creation volume targets.
- Escalate system issues, data discrepancies, or workflow concerns promptly.
- Support process improvements by providing feedback on recurring issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations roles.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets, Docs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow structured processes and detailed instructions.
- Good written communication skills for documenting and flagging issues clearly.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts.
- Willing to work onsite at least 4 days per week.
- Experience with CRM systems or internal databases (preferred).
- Background in data verification or content review roles (preferred).
WORK SET-UP
- Work Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Workdays: Monday – Friday (Minimum of 4 days on-site per week)
