Health Insurance Processing Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Process, review, and submit PhilHealth claims with complete and accurate documentation.
Verify patient information, benefit eligibility, and compliance with PhilHealth requirements.
Monitor submitted claims and follow up on pending, returned, or denied claims.
Coordinate with concerned hospital departments to resolve claim deficiencies.
Maintain organized claims records and prepare periodic monitoring reports.
Ensure timely claims submission and compliance with PhilHealth policies and hospital procedures.
