Duties & Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials
- Install formworks, doors, windows, partitions, and fixtures
- Read and follow basic construction plans and instructions
- Repair and maintain wooden structures and fittings
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools
- Comply with DOLE OSH Standards and site safety rules
- Use required PPE at all times
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- TESDA NC II in Carpentry preferred
- With relevant construction experience
Skills:
- Skilled in woodworking and tool handling
- Ability to follow technical drawings
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
