Position: Customer Service Associate

Salary Offer: Php25,000-Php30,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set Up: Onsite
- Bachelor’s Degree of any course.
- Fresh Graduates can apply
- With at least 2-3 years customer service experience is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Willing to work either in Pasay or Taguig
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat messages to provide information about products, services, and company policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and updating account information.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers even after the completion of sales transactions.
- Collect and relay feedback or suggestions to management for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.
