Description - Conduct outreach calls to potential clients and customers to promote products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targeted goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in Salesforce.
- Provide support to the sales team by following up on leads and managing customer relationships.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or 0–2 years of experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation, sales management, and customer relationship management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach.
