Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Handle all inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of market trends and competition
- Contact assigned clients via telephone and email
- Increase sales through regular follow-up calls and client scheduling
- Build rapport with clients by actively listening, clarifying needs, and managing conversation flow
- Assist clients in understanding their trade situation and current market trends
- Provide effective and satisfactory solutions to customer concerns and issues
- Meet and/or exceed assigned sales quotas
Job Specifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- At least one (1) year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or collections
- Open to high school graduates
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Tagalog and conversational in English
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and teamwork
