What You’ll Do As a Facilitator Support, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learner experience by:

• Reviewing learner submissions using AI-assisted tools while ensuring feedback remains accurate, personalized, and human-centered
• Collaborating in the development and refinement of grading rubrics for AI-based and technical exercises
• Monitoring and supporting community discussions to keep conversations productive and welcoming
• Identifying common learner challenges and providing insights to improve future lessons
• Encouraging learner engagement by recognizing wins, celebrating progress, and fostering a supportive community environment
• Helping de-escalate concerns and providing thoughtful, empathetic responses to learners when needed
