Technical Support Advisor

Job Summary: The Technical Support Advisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers regarding consumer electronic products. This role requires strong communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and deliver excellent service. Qualifications: At least High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a voice campaign With at least 6 months of basic troubleshooting experience Good understanding of consumer electronic products Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or device-related concerns Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes Document customer concerns, resolutions, and escalations accurately Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards Stay updated on product knowledge and technical procedures
