Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Nurse to provide healthcare support, perform patient assessments, administer treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Must be a Licensed Nurse
With relevant training and certifications
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Render medical services based on assigned station (Verification, Vital Signs, Circulating, and Receiving/Second Station)
- Administer medications, treatments, and laboratory-related procedures
- Record patient details, vital signs, medical history, and health status
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient records
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Head
