This is a hands-on, high-impact program where interns act as junior marketers , not just observers. You won't just chase "likes"—you’ll learn to drive real foot traffic and sales for multi-branch restaurant brands.
What You Will Learn
- Restaurant 101: How marketing works in the food industry (focusing on repeat guests and local foot traffic).
- Actionable Content: Shooting and writing for Reels, TikTok, and Stories that make people hungry now .
- "Four-Walls" Marketing: Using posters, menus, and server spiels to upsell inside the restaurant.
- Campaign Planning: Helping launch events like Oktoberfest, Valentine’s Day, and new branch openings.
- Result Tracking: Using sales data and guest feedback to see if your marketing actually worked.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and post social media content.
- Visit stores to audit marketing materials.
- Assist in events, launches, and influencer activities.
- Write captions and research trends.
