About the Role

This isn't your average assistant gig. You will be stepping into a fast-moving, soul-led business as a true right-hand operational partner, helping bring a vision to life that sits at the intersection of astrology, tarot, and authentic self-expression.

We are looking for a structurally sound, highly intuitive CoWorqer who lights up at a well-organized project plan and gets genuinely excited talking about birth charts. You will be entering an intentionally designed space that proudly celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, honors alternative lifestyles, and takes spirituality seriously. Your main mission is to serve as the organizational anchor—carrying the operational mental load so the founder is completely freed up to focus entirely on deep, creative, and zone-of-genius work.

 

What You'll Be Doing

• Outreach Engine Ownership: Run a highly consistent, structured weekly outreach process to pitch the founder for speaking gigs, live events, and strategic podcast appearances—building relationships and filling the calendar with aligned opportunities.

• Systems Integration: Connect the dots between fragmented tools, operational workflows, and moving parts across the business so everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

• Operational Leverage: Proactively manage tasks, anticipate administrative bottlenecks, and handle the behind-the-scenes noise so the founder doesn't have to manage day-to-day coordination.

• Marketing Execution Support: Assist with core digital marketing initiatives, helping maintain a consistent, authentic, and compelling brand presence across all public channels.
  
   

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables)

• Spiritual & Metaphysical Fluency: You are genuinely well-versed in astrology and own (and use) a tarot deck. This is a baseline requirement to understand the language, brand nuance, and audience you will be working with daily.

• Spiritual, Not Religious: You lean into the metaphysical and take it seriously, aligning naturally with a cosmic, open-minded worldview.

• Deeply Inclusive Mindset: You are fully affirming, inclusive, and deeply comfortable within LGBTQ+ spaces and alternative lifestyle communities.

• Project Management & Marketing Foundation: Strong background managing multi-layered projects and executing outreach or marketing campaigns. You know how to design a checklist, build a system, and actually stick to it.

• High-Initiative Self-Starter: You are a highly organized remote worker who is obsessively detail-oriented. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you naturally spot what needs to happen, take complete ownership of the outcome, and handle it flawlessly.
