- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience by providing efficient and friendly service at the point of sale.
- Cash Handling and Transactions: Accurately process customer payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and following company policies for cash handling.
- Store Maintenance and Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, restock merchandise, and help with store-wide tasks such as inventory checks or product displays as needed.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and courteously with customers, addressing their needs and providing assistance as required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure that all transactions are correct while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Physical Stamina and Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
