Provide excellent customer service:
* Greet customers warmly and professionally.
* Accurately receive customer orders, including type of laundry, weight, and special instructions.
* Provide accurate pricing information and answer customer inquiries.
* Collect payments from customers using cash, credit cards, or other accepted methods.
* Issue receipts and provide customers with pickup information.
* Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records:
* Log customer orders and payments into the point-of-sale (POS) system or manual records.
* Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile with sales records.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
* Basic mathematical skills
* Accuracy in handling cash transactions and making change.
* Ability to perform basic calculations.
* Good organizational and time-management skills:
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail in recording transactions and handling cash.
