1. ACCOUNTING STAFF
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting records.
- Handle data entry, filing, and documentation of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and preparation of accounting documents.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
2. ACCOUNTING OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily accounting transactions.
- Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
