LOOKING FOR INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES?
STLAF - Sadsad Tamesis Legal and Accountancy Firm is currently looking for Corporate Interns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, jurisprudence, and legal principles relevant to assigned matters
- Assist in the preparation and drafting or legal/business documents such as correspondence
- Support the team in due diligence activities, including reviewing corporate records and legal/buesiness documents
- Assist in organizing files, records, and document management systems
- Help coordinate with government agencies for document filings, submissions, or retrieval of records, when necessary
- Ensure confidentiality of all legal matters, documents, and client information handled during the internship
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as may be assigned
Requirements:
- School ID
- Certificate of Registration/ Registration form
- Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
- Endorsement letter (If none, can be provided later)
