Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day client relationships, ensuring that brand partners receive strategic guidance and high-quality service across TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms. This full-time role is on-site in Manila and involves coordinating campaign planning, briefing internal teams, tracking deliverables, and monitoring performance metrics to meet client goals. The Account Manager will manage client communications, prepare reports and presentations, address issues promptly, and align stakeholders on timelines and expectations. This role also supports the development of growth strategies, identifies opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and collaborates closely with marketing, content, and analytics teams to execute data-driven initiatives. The Account Manager is expected to maintain a strong understanding of social commerce trends and platform updates to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications
- Client relationship management skills, including account servicing, stakeholder coordination, and expectation setting.
- Experience with campaign planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in digital or social commerce environments.
- Ability to interpret data and performance metrics, prepare client reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop, social media platforms, and basic digital marketing principles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in account management, client services, or agency environment is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Manila and collaborating with diverse teams and brand partners.
