Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Office Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Full-time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the inventory and monitoring inventory levels.
- Creating monthly forecasting reports to track production and inventory status.
- Coordinating changes of sequence in production line to enhance efficiency.
- Providing administrative support to the production team, such as managing correspondence, filing, and maintaining reports.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of production-related activities.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings for process management team members.
Work Location: In person
