- Highly effective and efficient in leading a team in the execution of work plans and the interpretation of engineering drawings for structured cabling/wiring.
- Skilled in wiring harnessing and tagging.
- Is knowledgeable with electrical device circuitry, connectivity, and configuration.
- Knows effective and efficient use of power tools in different work conditions.
- Knows effective and efficient painting of conduit and support.
- Knows effective and efficient assembly and installation of roughing in and support.
- Knows effective and efficient execution of all kinds of installation techniques for PVC, IMC, EMT, RMC, etc. This applies to all surfaces in all workplace settings.
- Knows effective and efficient cable/wire-laying techniques, termination, and testing.
- Is knowledgeable of the effective and efficient rack cabinet/power panelboards installation.
- Be able to write non-technical shift accomplishments and material usage reports.
- Ensure quality output.
- Can report site changes while at work.
- Can report employees who violate the code of conduct.
- Can handle a team.
- Must have 20-20 vision: no glasses, no contacts.
- Must be marked as "Fit to work" according to the doctors and physicians after completing the pre-employment test.
- Is knowledgeable on advanced technical principles of structured cabling and wiring.
- Is knowledgeable on electrical device circuitry, connectivity, and configuration.
- Can write non-technical shift accomplishments and material usage reports.
- Shall assume the role of a team member who can execute the job effectively and efficiently.
- Use power tools in different work conditions.
- Paint conduit and support.
- Perform cutting and simple fabrication of conduit and support.
- Can perform assembly and installation of roughing in and support.
- Can interpret engineering drawings for structured cabling/wiring and ensure compliance.
- Can perform cable/wire-laying techniques, termination, and testing.
- Can perform rack cabinet and power panelboards installation.
