This role requires at least minimum of 5-7 solid years of experience of implementation end to end of current logistics technology and IT capabilities (SAP mainly in the case of expertise in multiple business areas as well.) In this role you may support project definition, managing and delivering enhancements and potential integration of various external partners. Depending on your availability and capacity, you may also evolve by running the network of key users / super-users in the regions/markets and/or the level 3 support management.

ABOUT YOU

As Senior Analyst Tech SAP Deliver, you will work on several IT solutions – within ERP Services and mainly in logistics, warehousing and transportation. You are a key to manage any project enhancements for Supply Chain Deliver. 
You are responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed function specifications and managing requests for changes to the specifications. You are in touch with the markets –working closely with the super-users of your application/solution to develop or support the solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

. SAP Solution Design & Configuration (Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation & Trading)
•    Functional lead for one or more SAP modules: 
o    SAP WM (inbound, outbound, cross docking, storage, staging)
o    SAP TM (freight execution, carrier management, shipment costing)
o    Integrated SAP SD / MM / LE at execution level
o    Interfaces set ups
•    Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into SAP system design.
•    Develop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
•    Ensure solutions support end to end trading flows (procure to stock, stock to delivery, intercompany, third party logistics).
•    Provide management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects/scope as assigned
•    Guides continuous improvement efforts for the solution, develop business cases, understand your users
2. Project & Delivery Ownership
•    Own SAP functional workstreams for implementations, rollouts, or major enhancements.
•    Lead fit gap workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution reviews with business stakeholders.
•    Creates functional design, configuration, and solution delivery for Enhancement Requests and projects on logistics execution processes supporting Logistics & Trading operations.
•    Functional lead for one or more SAP modules:

o    Integrated SAP SD / MM / LE at execution level
o    Interfaces set ups
•    Coordinate functional deliverables including configuration, functional specifications, test scripts, and cutover activities.
•    Ensure high quality delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
•    Work effectively and productively with technical and functional resources
•    Drives fit gap workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution reviews with business stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder & Business Partnership
•    Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions while balancing standard vs custom design.
•    Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities within logistics execution processes.
•    Serve as key SAP execution contact for Logistics, Trading, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
•    Create strong and trusting relationship with your key business partners, super-users and IT colleagues
4. Team & Capability Development
•    Guide and review work of other consultants and analysts.
•    Provide functional mentorship, knowledge sharing, and SAP best practice guidance.
•    Support onboarding and capability development within the Deliver Tech Services team.
5. Operations Support & Optimization
•    Provide Level 2/3 SAP support and drive root cause resolution for execution issues.
•    Identify continuous improvement opportunities in warehouse efficiency, transportation cost, inventory accuracy, and service level.
