The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, flights, and tour packages while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with popular travel destinations and trends.
- Ability to handle travel emergencies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Sales and negotiation skills to promote tour packages and deals.
- Proficiency in using booking platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).
