- Collaborate with designers to understand and execute style specifications.
- Assist in the cutting and preparation of fabrics for sewing.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and deadlines.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sewing or garment production.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in style design, fast fashion design, and various garment types including denim and home textiles.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring prolonged periods of standing and manual dexterity.
