We are looking for a Technical Sales to join our flagship store in SM North. The role combines technical product knowledge and sales skills to assist customers, demonstrate products, and provide pre-sales support. You’ll play a key part in ensuring an excellent in-store experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehousing operations, including inventory monitoring, stock organization, and storage management.
Handle online and pickup orders, ensuring timely processing, coordination, and fulfillment.
Process walk-in customer transactions, including payments, invoicing, and POS system operations.
Manage approved refunds, discounts, and other sales-related transactions in accordance with company policies.
Respond to and coordinate after-sales inquiries, customer concerns, and service requests.
Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to retail clients.
Maintain and grow customer relationships within the 3D printing and electronics market.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend appropriate solution s.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional activities and sales campaigns.
Track and report sales metrics, product feedback, and market insights.
Assist customers with troubleshooting or technical issues related to products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in electronics and 3D printing technology.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in retail, technical sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and people skills.
Knowledge in technical or electronic products is a plus.
Willing to work onsite at SM North (including weekends/holidays).
