HR and Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities: Person in charge of back-office operations for the establishment of the company’s Cebu office in the Philippines Oversee office establishment and ongoing operations, including layout planning, procurement, IT setup, compliance with SEC and LGU requirements, and coordination with government agencies, banks, vendors, and the parent company in Japan. Drive end-to-end IT engineer recruitment by aligning plans with business objectives, selecting effective sourcing channels in Cebu’s talent market, and managing the full hiring process from interviews to offer acceptance. Manage HR compliance and administration by preparing labor law–compliant contracts and policies, coordinating payroll and statutory benefits with tax accountants, and establishing internal company rules and regulations. Handle core finance and compliance functions by supporting tax filings, audits, and bookkeeping, preparing financial reports and budget analyses for coordination with Japan headquarters, and managing contracts in line with Philippine laws.
