Pre Sales Engineer in Cubao Quezon City
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with account managers to identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities while gaining a clear understanding of client requirements.
- Design and present end-to-end technology solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data protection, VoIP, and business continuity.
- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POC) activities, and technical workshops.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), Statements of Work (SOW), and solution designs aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and technology partners to ensure accurate pricing, licensing compliance, and solution compatibility.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support bid management activities, including Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and other tender processes.
- Stay current with emerging technology trends, industry developments, and competitive solutions.
- Ensure smooth handover of solutions to post-sales, delivery, and implementation teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or related IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Experience in solution design, proposal development (BOM/SOW), and vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS, or Microsoft Azure are an advantage.
