JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in Chinese and English, with good Chinese reading and writing skills; those who can speak Tagalog and Hokkien are preferred.
• Knowledgeable in using IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication skills and service awareness.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to and manage consular inquiries through in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
• Coordinate with local government agencies, authorities, and relevant departments to facilitate consular assistance for Chinese nationals.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize accurate records, reports, official documents, and correspondence.
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks, including handling documentation and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all records and documentation are maintained in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
• Monitor employees' daily concerns and requests, coordinate the necessary resources, and provide timely resolutions to operational issues.
