About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Partnership Representative to connect with education leaders and school district stakeholders in the United States.

You will engage education professionals by phone, introduce programs designed to help students improve their reading levels and provide additional academic support, and secure an initial meeting with the appropriate stakeholder.

This is a sales and business development role, not a teaching role . Your goal is to create meaningful conversations, build interest, qualify opportunities, and secure the first meeting for the Account Executive.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective school and district contacts across the US.
• Speak with education professionals, including Director-level and senior stakeholders .
• Introduce and explain how our programs can support students and improve reading outcomes.
• Build rapport and credibility through professional, engaging phone conversations.
• Follow up with assigned leads through email and other approved communication channels.
• Qualify prospects and identify relevant opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Track follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and next steps.
• Meet agreed call, contact, and meeting KPIs.
• Work with assigned state/territory campaigns and follow provided scripts, messaging, and campaign guidance.

A background as a teacher or educator is highly preferred but not required . Your education experience can help you understand the challenges schools face and build rapport with education leaders.
Be results-driven.
The objective is not simply to make calls. You need to turn conversations into qualified first meetings.
Stay organized.
You should be comfortable managing assigned leads, follow-ups, activity records, and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls for extended periods
• Confident speaking with education and school district professionals
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Teacher or education background is preferred, but not required
• Previous sales, business development, appointment-setting, or call center experience is an advantage
• CRM experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with LMS or education technology platforms is a plus
• Results-oriented and comfortable working toward measurable KPIs
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow the assigned schedule
• Stable internet connection and reliable equipment
